We recently upgraded the TV to one of our polycom rooms that has a VSX 7000e unit.  After setting up the TV, and reconnecting the polycom unit, we found that it will no longer power on / boot.  When plugged in the polycom's power button will flash blue for about 2 seconds then go out, there is no other response from the unit even when the power button is pushed.  There have been a few things we have tried to troubleshoot the problem which are trying a different power cable, a different power outlet, unplugged everything from the polycom except for the power cord, drain the unit of power then plugging it in again, but nothing has worked.  At this point I think the power supply has gone bad, but not entirely sure.  Is there anything else I can try?

We have had 4 of our 9 VSX7000e units go out in the past couple of years and each time, it's a power supply.  Blue light not turning green was the symptom each time.  Hopefully yours is on maintenance.  Upgrading to an HDX platform has its own issues if you have a composite system.
