Hi colleagues,

Could you please help me to find software version 8.5.2 for my Polycom VSX8000
After erase procedure and reboot the device, I see "System Ready For Update" screen.
I tried to download software from support site but version 8.5.2 is unavailable.

When I use "SITE & Single Product Activation" procedure, I see that all software versions available but not entitled.

Is there any chance to return the system to normal state or not?
