Dears,

I implemented VSX 7000 as Third-party SIP Device (Advanced) on Cisco CUCM version 8.6.2.

 

I can dial the VSX number from Cisco 9971 video phone but without video. Just can hear the audio and no video between these two nodes.

 

However, I tried to call Cisco 7985 Phone (H.263 - think so) the video works very fine.

 

any one can help me ...
