I have issue with my Polycom which can't detect camera while i using the Video call.

we need a more detailed problem description.

Questions:

1) What software version is installed on your hdx

2) is the local camera working properly (do you see yourself) ?

3) during a conference - do you see the far site ?

4) are you talking about network internal or external calls ?

Is this HDX or VSX?  The VSX 6000 has an internal camera and did not do camera detection.

Additionally which version of the EagleEye camera is it?  There is an indicator on the bottom will be

MPTZ-6 (EagleEye HD)

MPTZ-8 (EagleEye II)

MPTZ-9 (EagleEye III).
