We have a VSX6000 that has worked fine, but recently when the call center calls, the unit will ring and it immediately drops the call. The logs show "Failed Attempt; The call has ended and that is all. Anybody know what may be causing this? I have the error log attached but can 't view it, it appears encrypted.

Possibly a firewall issue. Have any changes been made there?
