HP Recommended

I was "gifted" a VSX7000. It has version 8.7 of the software. I was going to update to the latest, 9.0.6.2. The system has been end-of-life by Polycom, so I can't purchase an upgrade key. Also, it seems that all the on-line documentation is for System 9. Is that right that you can not get the update? Seems odd that they don’t just give it away at this point in the products life….

HP Recommended

Ask your reseller to look at 5150-28421-001 for the 9.0 software upgrade for VSX systems.
