Hello,

 I have a HDX 8000 that is giving me some issues. I am sure this is a simple fix too. When ever I set up a call both sides can not be unmuted at the same time. When one side is talking the otherside it on mute. If that side unmutes it will mute my side.

 

Has anyone seen this?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A good starting point is always to mention the currently used Software Version and in addition maybe if this is a H.323, SIP or LYNC call.
