Hello Experts,

We have Polycom HDX integrated with Lync 2013. It can succesfully join the Lync hosted meeting. But the problem is that HDX drop video after 10min.

Polycom HDX is directly connected to cisco router. It has static public ip address so No NATing. It has latest software version 3.1.2

Please can some help in that.

Hi there 🙂

Does this problem only occur during HDX .-> Lync calls ?

If not, try to search for port timeout in the forum or click here.

Hello Yashpal,

The community search facility will reveal plenty of post already discussing LYNC 2013 and the hdx license requirements.

For above original asked question it sounds more like a firewall or timer issue.

The support package from the hdx or the LYNC logs should be consulted to reveal the root cause.

Best regards
