Anybody has solution to the following problem? Thx.

Video conference by ISDN call
Caller: Tandberg TTC6-08 with encryption module disabled, cannot receive call, can call out only, using 384kbps ISDN link
Callee: PolyCom HDX-7000, no encryption function, using 512kbps ISDN link (four 128kbps links)
Caller receive audio with minor hiccups and video is clear
Callee receive audio crystal clear but the video messes up (green patches on the screen with a few large pixels showing parts of the caller's scene)
Call statistics revealed in callee's PolyCom device showing most settings of the caller and the callee are aligned except that the callee is transmitting CIF video but receiving video of 512x288

Hello pokotony,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes in order to verify if the combination of Polycom and other third party manufacturers have been tested and the software version classed as supported.

The HDX 3.1.5 release notes => here <= state on Page 72 the products tested against this release.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
