I had 1 HDX 7000 and usually has issue: It's hanged video after sharing content using DVI-VGA cable. We must restart unit so it works normally

Has this issue always occured or is this a new issue?

If this always occured does this always happen with the same source or has another PC been tested?

Are you using a supported resolution as listed in the admin guide?

Can you describe in more detail what actually happens when the unit freezes?

You may need to contact our support team to troubleshoot this issue in more detail.

=> This issue has always occurred

If this always occured does this always happen with the same source or has another PC been tested?
=> This always happen with only one source when we sharing content from 1 unit
Are you using a supported resolution as listed in the admin guide?

=> yes, we use a resolution 1280x800

Can you describe in more detail what actually happens when the unit freezes?

 

we use normally until stop sharing. Video freezes and we cannot do anything ( hang up, control,...) We must restart unit and after that it works normally

As asked above and you confirmed that you are using a supported resolution according to the Admin Guide.

 

Checking the latest Admin Guide (3.1.2) page => C-11 <= does not list 1280x800 as a supported resolution.

 

There is 1280x720, 1280x768 and 1280x960 so I suggest you test a supported resolution (according to the admin guide) and if this still fails work this via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
