Hi,

 

We are using Polycom HDX8000 and 2 MB PRI for ISDN calls. We are facing a common problem.

 

When we are connecting any Bridge Cisco or Polycom over ISDN, Video used to freeze or went into black mode. To rectify that we need to reconnect the call.

 

Please suggest how to overcome to this problem because it's happening very frequent.

the call is happing with in the same countery or having the different contury.on what ba ndwidth you are inisiating a call.
