I was having issues w/updating an X50/TC8 from 3.2.3 to 3.3.0. The update process was taking hours to complete and the TC8 would go into pairing mode and no longer appear as a paired device. The update would ultimately get hung up forcing a power cycle. Once rebooted the X50 & TC8 were no longer paired (though the TC8 appears as a not connected device). The solution was to unpair the TC8, factory reset it and pair it again.

Determined that 3.3.0 wasn't stable enough to deploy I downgraded the X50 to 3.2.3, which by comparison only took a few minutes. Once it rebooted it became unresponsive; no video, no network connectivity just a narrow white LED. I've performed a hard factory reset 3x with the same results.

Buyer beware.

I should note that I can ping the X50 but there is no access to the web configurator. The page never loads and times out.

Hello @jbass_srcinc ,

Seems we solved  1-20870280271 with an RMA back in mid-January. Any more issues with the upgrade?

For the time being I decided to stick with 3.2.3.280012.
