Hi there

 

We have a BRI for the ISDN connection and when ever we connecting to the ISDN the green light only on 5 sec after that no more. We have check the ISDN line is alive. Try to dialup but it comes up ISDN connection error.

 

Please advise.

Have you tried to place voice call as isdn will show up if it has capability to place voice call.you can also check the isdn to terminate it on another EP if you have

yes, did to try only dail as voice call but still ISDN connecting error.

 

Beside the system version is 6.0EX
