Hi All

We have a ViewStation Ex model and after we moved to the new office and reconnect it, it has nothing show on the screen even it connect to the projector or monitor. Both are connecting to the VGA. Once it start up the startup sound is come out and power light is on, but just no connection to the output screen. Try to press any button on the remote is the same.

Before we moved office it was fine.

Any can do for it?

Thank you.

VS EX (as well as all other VS) doesn't support VGA as a first monitor. The first monitor MUST be connected to S-Video or composite output 1. VGA output is used ONLY for content display.
