Hi, We have just purchased a HDX 7000. Is anyone able to advise on what voice codec the system will be using. Is there a way to change this. Interested to know as I can't seem to find any reference to this in documentation I have. Please note this is new kit and I am only just starting to find my way around the Polycom products - so I have probably missed the information along the way.
We kindly advise all users to utilize the search facility and when I just done so I found a post matching yours nearly word for word => here <= including an answer.
