Volume soft from Polycom Group Series 300/500 - but Lync calls sound loud
When in a conference the Polycom room sounds faint from a remote user's perspective. Still loud enough to hear at high volume but when a Lync caller or dial-in caller connects they are very loud in comparison.
I have tried increasing input volume on the Mic in the room which helps - but is there something else I'm doing wrong or should look at. Can I turn up the volume input for all rooms (we have many) at the Real Presence server maybe?
