This is the setup I have.

Poly X50 connected to a W10 PC via USB-C cable.

TV/PC (smart tv) is running W10.

It is also connected to the TC8.

Software release 3.4.0.0

The Poly & TC8 is running in Teams mode, It has to be kept in Teams mode.  I cannot keep switching between Device mode & Teams as it is in a boardroom.

The device manager sees the Poly X50 under camera & sound, it is using the Microsoft drivers for the X50.

When I open Zoom, MSTeams or even the camera program on the PC, I just get a picture of a beach & waves with the Video off Icon.

Does anyone know where I can get the Poly drivers, instead of the Microsoft drivers?

Thanks

S.

Hello @Seamus.Byron ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

A good starting point would be to provide us at least the details of the currently used Studio X50 software.

There are no additional drivers needed using a current software like 3.4

You simply switch to device mode. Is this being used with a Poly TC8 or a touch screen?
