We have a problem with a call from HDX 7000


We have a problem with a call from HDX 7000

we have a problem with HDX 7000 codec this has set an IP 201.158.26.xy suddenly gets a call from the same IP 201.158.26.x this , as if you were autodialing
someone could help me this is very frustrating
