password = system serial number (14 simbols ending CN)

I have spent many pass such as: user: admin and pass: 456 or user: Polycom and pass: 456 but do not work me and I remember that it was something like the model of my HDX 7000 and I could not enter the web interface, sorry my english is very bad

HDX default Username and Password

Hello jcmich74,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I had already moved your original reply to another post and created this new post as you replied to an unrelated issue.


Mike_V had already responded to yourselves in this post.


If the HDX is factory reset the following is applicable:


Default Username: admin

Default Password: 14 digit HDX serial number printed on the back fo the HDX ending with the letters CN


If you are still unable to access your HDX after following the above advise and have factory reset the unit please call your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support.
