HP Recommended

I have downloaded the telepresence M100 and it keeps reading telling me that the network is not allowing me to access the far site.  Can someone please tell me what port I need to open to allow the system to work?

Hi evaxxs.  All H.323 comms requires TCP 1720 for call setup so that's 1 requirement. BI-DIRECTIONAL.

See M100>Menu>Preferences>Call Settings where TCP & UDP 3230 through to 3237 are required open.
