Had wifi working when connecting using the default setup.  Changed to teams and it no longer appears to be available.  Does this sound right?

Hello @loboil ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Its always recommended checking the availability of the functionality in a different provider mode and/or provide software details.

From our 3.3.0 release notes:

Using Wi-Fi as the Primary Network
When your system is using Zoom Rooms as the conferencing provider, you can configure your system to use Wi-Fi as the primary network.
Note:
When using Wi-Fi as the primary network connection, you can only connect to networks using 2.4 GHz.
You must complete the initial system configuration and configure the Wi-Fi connection while the system is connected to a wired network connection. After setup, you can unplug your system from the wired network connection and connect to a wireless network to make and receive calls.

● Poly Video Mode

If you require WiFi with Teams I suggest you work with your Poly reseller as they can get you in touch with a Poly Sales Engineer in order to discuss any potential roadmap.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

You can presumably workaround such limitations e.g. by plugging the X50 via ethernet into some wifi routers/access points joined to your main router over wi-fi

A wired ethernet connection all the way to the modem/NTD is going to give the best experience and reliability.
