I Currently have a client and after placing the unit into a device mode from the Poly Os platform. it freezes,
Let me give you some context.

The unit is a X50 and TC8 and set in poly OS.
The first time it happened is when I was on our first day once set up last week. so just rebooted the devise. Yesterday 4.30pm I came in to the room. The screen was left or still on devise mode from whoever used the meeting room before. The screen was showing the stanadrad device mode image to connect USB and HDMI but the exit and the mute buttons were non responsive. So as and when it crashed I don’t know.
I was under the impression that after 30 seconds or so with no laptop connected the units should return back to the Poly OS home page. and allow users to select device mode again.

Has anyone experiance this and anything obvipouse im missing?

We are running 3.3.2 firmware.

Hello @LMO ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

We would need to see the logs of the device prior to a reboot. Please get this into support.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
