X30 - X50 - Enrollment

We godt some X30 and X50 that must be used for Teams rooms.. Is there a way to block that the device start up with company porta to register the device ? We actually thinking on just having the device unmanaged and protected by a Mobile access management (MAM) policy for Teams, where the device does not needs to be enrolled

And if not possible, is there some guidelines from Polycom for enrollment of such devices?

Re: X30 - X50 - Enrollment

Hello @dvbguy ,

Welcome back to the Poly community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

In regards to your new inquiry, the Software running on the Studio X device is supplied by our partner Microsoft. Any changes to its functionality would need to come from Microsoft.

At present, I suggest you work with Microsoft on any questions regarding the sign-in behaviour of their Android Teams APK.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
