Hello,

I've been looking for the device mode and teams update but I cannot find it.

On this link says that the feature should have been included in the software update around December 2020:

Was this implemented? Can we use the USB device mode if we chose MS Teams as the provider?

Regards,

Valerio

Hi,

Acording firmware ver 3.4 release notes, you can’t use your system as an external camera, microphone, and speaker for your computer in Device Mode when system is in MSTeams Mode.

Hi,

should be released very soon:

With this update, Device Mode should be implemented, too. Poly needs the HDMI feature to "activate" Device Mode.

Hello @ValerioUK ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

To follow this up with the official reply what is currently supported in released software:

June 30, 2020 Question: Is there an overview of supported features running a Poly G7500 or Studio X50/X30 Poly Video OS Partner App mode?
Resolution: Please check >here<

Within the community, we cannot discuss unreleased software or features due lack of an NDA. Please work with a Poly reseller forr this.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
