Hi,

I have installed HDX8000 with two polycom cameras. This is the request by client as the room is big. When i switch between two cameras there is a colour difference i.e., one camera the picture looks dark and in the other camera it looks light or faded. Have anyone experienced.

Hi Anand & w3elcome to the Polycom Community.

Try opening a web browser to the HDX8k IP address default username is admin, default password is the system S# (82xxxxxxxxxxCG) where alphas are UPPER CASE.

Go to Admin, Cameras.  You'll find a White Balance adjustment in there.

Plan B, try an Eagle Eye Director.
