Hello,
Is there any way to send an invitation or code to a nonpolycom user that would allow them to connect to the polyom server to conference like "go to meeting" has but with a polycom user? Or is it just through lync that they can connect. I am using hdx 7000
Thank you in advance

Hello Baskin,
something like a RMX / RPCS and / or DMA / RPRM etc.
Most likely you only have a HDX. I would suggest working with a Polycom partner on this as this could be a large project.

Hello Baskin,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Without any additional Polycom Infrastructure in place you cannot send an Invite to join a meeting.
As already explained => here <= our End Points support industry standard H.323 or SIP and the HDX in addition can be used with Microsoft LYNC.
If you partner can open their firewall they can dial your end point either using H.323 and if not already registered to LYNC via SIP.
If this is not the case you can only use a LYNC meeting invite. We do not support proprietary protocols like Go Meeting.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, my knowledge of this is limited and our tech support at my school is very limited. You mentioned "addiotonal polycom infastructure." What would that be?
Again, thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated
