Hi. On our Group 500 system I have some sip adresses that I can dial manually, but not from favorites.

Also from the list of Recent Calls I can re-dial a successful call, and not the call that did not connect allthough the sip adress is identical. (I did check for trailing spaces.)  The strange thing is that this happens not for all favorites. I tried deleting the favorites, restarting the system and crated a new favorite using the sip address copied from a successful call, but no luck!   It's driving me crazy! Any ideas?

Hello akvaplan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

 

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
