capture screen on group series by cgi, but without people or content stream

I can capture GS screen by url :

https://ip_of_rpg/currentscreen.cgi,

 

But the image is almost empty, not contain people or content stream

 

How to resolve?

Welcome to the Poly Community.

This is working as designed as only the UI part of the screen can be captured. A workaround would be using a separate video capture device.

The GroupSeries is not a current product that receives a lot of enhancements anymore.

 

The way forward would be via a feature request through your Poly reseller with a Business plan defining how many units would this affect from a sales perspecitve.
