Re: content sharing not happening through HDX 7000
welcome to the Polycom Community.
If the original poster required support then they would have to follow this up with Polycom support via their reseller.
Using any 3rd party solution is considered unsupported as we, Polycom, do not have a chance to test every single part on the market.
If the original poster was interested in solving this they should work with the 3rd party company and / or open a support ticket with Polycom.
Unfortunately this was never followed up so there is not a lot we can do.
If you have a similar issue you should start your post with providing some detail as the original post is over 2 years old and we have since then released many software updates.
