how to setup QDX6000 for public connection

I have QDX system I can use it with other Video conference sytem in my internal LAN , but i want to be able make call with out side over public network. What i have to do ???? this is first time ti work with Polycom. i have ADSL Router CISCO 1800 , and real IP , and my internal LAN connect to public via ISA Server 2006. By reading in documents , i found that there are settings in Polycom , some ports must be opened in Firewall could anyone help and guide me how to do that it step by step. and if it works with ISA ?? thnaks

Hey sam2012 - 

    If you want to be able to make calls outside of your network and the QDX is behind a firewall, you must have NAT configuration in place.  You will also need to open certain ports on your firewall. I have attached a document with the port numbers.  Once you have the NAT configured on your firewall you will need to enable NAT on the codec. Navigate to the firewall settings on the QDX and set to configure NAT manually.  Input the public WAN address and make sure that Fixed Ports and NAT is H.323 Compatible is checked.  The public WAN address is the IP address that is forwarded to your provite IP address that will allow you to access the outside world.  If you don't know how to configure your NAT settings, I am sure that someone in your IT department can set that up for you.  Hope this helps.
