my setp is as  

telecom  E1 (via gpon network-ONT)   with  10  ch --> FE/H323 Cisco router 2811  ---> h323/FE  Ploycom hdx7000

when we dial international video call to +1  , or +44 COUNTRIES, then with 128k video it is ok, but if we seleect more than 128k  or  e.g 384  then 6 ch enganed, Call connect for few seconds  but  before video , it  DROPs  . WITH  CAUSE=NORMAL  CALL CLEARING

 

 

PL  help

is any  setting  in cisco call manager/router    

 

PL  SEND ME STANDARD SETTING  TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. pl send me on my below email address

Does the carrier providing the E1 know you need Bonding, which is a requirement if calling over 128k. 

 

" ISDN typically provides a maximum of 128 kbit/s in both upstream and downstream directions. Channel bonding can achieve a greater data rate; typically the ISDN B-channels of three or four BRIs (six to eight 64 kbit/s channels) are bonded

acutually  the scenerio is as

ISDN- PRI      to    National network(with in UAE)    video call upto 512k  ok

ISDN-PRI        to   International   UK/ USA/RUSSIA      ONLY 128K,  if  we seletct 256 or 383 or 512   then  call connect for 20 /30 sec  then channels starts droping and resultantly  whole call drop with in 1  min   with out  any  video.
