issue installing Polycom Telepresence m100 1.0.6

I've downloaded the latest version and It prompts for the installation of adobe air.  Adobe air installs and then I hit continue and nothing happens.  I've tried rebooting and another machine same results.

 

Any suggestions would be great.

Remove the new version and Install old version of Adobe Air. There you go...

I'm having same problem. It was installed before in the same PC, when reinstalled, after pressing continue nothing happens

Yes installed 3.8 Air and it works now.

Help, I have the same problem on a new hard drive setup with Windows 7 and can't install m100 v 1.0.6

The newest download is v14:

 http://get.adobe.com/air/    and I can't find where to get the older version... v3.8????

Thank you all! Downloading Adobe Air 3.8.0.870 worked for me.

Sorry, I need the Adobe Air version for CMADesktop 5.2.5, not Telepresence.
