m100 Content button greyed out.

Hi Guys,


I am making point-to-point h323 video calls to my HDX7000 system, these are working great with no issues.

The problem I am having is the content button is greyed out so I can not share my screen with the HDX7000 system.


There are no firewalls in between and content is working between this system and another HDX7000.


Is there some additional configuration that I need to do to get this working with the m100 client?


Please let me know if you need more info.

My first response is that the laptop/PC you are using does not meet the minimum processor or other hardware requirements.
