Hello everybody!
It seems I managed to get me in a rather "messy" situation.
I got 2 licenses for the m100 client and I had to activate both of them. I went to the activation page, entered the 1st serial number, got the KeyCode and...
below that, I typed the 2nd serial number and clicked on an "Activate" red key that was there.
Well, guess what. The 2nd serial number was activated "under the 1st". Now, both serial numbers are listed in the Activation History of the 1st serial and I have only 1 KeyCode to do the m100 activations.
At that point, I thought I might use the same KeyCode for both m100 clients. But, this doesn't work. The KeyCode activates the 1st serial number (the one it was created from), but it doesn't activate the 2nd (it gives me an error that "the activation information is invalid or incomplete"). I don't have another KeyCode, nor any other way to activate the 2nd serial number.
I guess I should "disconnect" the 2nd serial number from the 1st serial and KeyCode (and do the activation procedure for the 2nd serial from scratch), but I couldn't find a way to do that "disconnection".
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot, for any help!

It's a fairly simple procedure to de-link the 2 M100 Keys but you'll need to speak to them to do it. USA support number as in OP.
