m100 and HiDef Video

I'm using a Logitech Pro 9000 webcam on each end of a videoconference running Telepresence m100.  I'd like to connect using HD video.  The computers are connected peer-to-peer and are brand new, i5 core, so bandwidth and processing speed should not be an issue.  But when I make a connection and look at the Media Statistics, it shows that the video format is VGA.  I could not find a setting in the preferences menu that would let me change this to HD.

How do I get this video stream into HD format?  Is the Media Statistics page the only way to determine how the video is being transmitted?

Thanks for any advice.

Greg

Re: m100 and HiDef Video

Hello,

Thanks for the information. Is there a different version or product that can utilize 1080p / HiDef?

Regards,

Rob
