HP Recommended

I downloaded the free trial, but i can't seem to call anyone. I have tried dialing by IP, by phone number alias, by URI and nothing works. Any suggestions?

The m100 uses H.323 video over IP standards just as the rest of Polycom products do and therefore needs to be configured appropriately. Please see the setup documentation on our website. http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/video/personal_telepresence/m100.html Things to check for: Windows firewall Nat configuration In order to dial by E.164 address you will need to be registered to a gatekeeper.
