Good Afternoon,

 

I just upgraded my CMA 5000 to version 6_0_1_2_82563, and now when I try to connect the m100 software to the CMA for GDS, all I get is the message "Server Error".

 

I have VS, VSX, and HDX systems all connecting with no issues.

 

I thought that it might be a firewall issue, but even after moving the computer to the correct subnet, it still will not connect to the GDS.

 

Thoughts?

Yes. Thinking that I had missed a step, I made sure that I had all of the current patches installed. Sadly, it wasn't that easy.  😞
