HP Recommended

I am having an issue trying to install the m100 software.  I have verified that the installation requirements have been met.  When I run the install, I get the attached error, a window installer box to pop up.  Has anyone encountered this error?  Is there any solution to this error?

I have the exact issue.  Have done the following:  cleaned temp files, checked registry for Windows Installer jobs still running, reregistered the msi service, downloaded and installed the latest msInstaller, cleaned the registry.   Still no success.
