Hi,

 

I have installed m100 telepresence in my PC & tried connecting to my office (which uses polycom device).

They could see my video & Audio but i cannot see/hear them. My screen is blank.

 

I do not have a static ID & hence calling my office (which has a static ID) from my side.

 

I also tried calling to Polycom PVX 8.0.4 from my PC and the result is the same.

 

I tried disabling my antivirus & firewall as well. Still i couldnt see the video/listen to audio.

 

Please let me know if i need to do any setting from my side.

 

Am using Windows 7 Professional OS.
