Hi people,

 

we have 3 devices VSX 7000 and one of them broke the camera, what we have to do to move the multipoint license to another device?

 

sorry for my bad english, thanks in advance.

You can't "port" a license to another device.  If the faulty VSX has a maintenance contract you should file a returns request & specify that the faulty unit has an MP license.  The replacement unit will come with a new MP license.

If you don not have a maintenance contract, file a returns request anyway & you can pay for an out of warranty repair & you'll still get a new MP license.
