Hello all.

 

We have a Polycom HDX 9002 that isn't receiving sound from the far-end site. The audio meter lights up when the far site speaks but no sound is coming through our speakers.

Do you get audio from your speakers when doing the HDX speaker test? If you don't then you might not have your speakers connected to the right output. If you do then do you have this issue with every site or just one site?
