polycom group series 500 video freeze

Hi all

Currently im using a group series 500 running on sw ver 4.2

When I use the group series to do a video call, after a few seconds the video will freeze and hangs

Kindly advice

the more details you provide in the post the more chances anyone else has to provide you some feedback.

 

  • Is this a new issue or has this always been the case?
  • Is this a call via an internal or external network?
  • Is this H.323, SIP or LYNC?
