polycom hdx series recent call troubleshooting

Hi all

Need some assistance with a problem I'm encountering with my hdx series vc.

It seems that ever since I unchecked the option of recent calls to appear on the menu via web browser, it won't reappear even after I checked the option for it to show. What could be the problem ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hi

Sorry that the firmware version wasn't included. Currently I have two devices one is running on 3.1.2 and another is running on 3.1.6 . Both or having the same issue

What broswer are you using ?  I've struggled with IE sometimes.    I've started using both firefox and Seamonkey with good success...

 

You could also use the API command thru Telnet (Port 24) to issue the appropriate command (homerecentcalls yes).
