I am trying to activate telepresence m100, but a serial number is asked during activation

can anyone tell me how to get a serial number for this piece of software so that I can buy it?

Hello BrunoP,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The m100 should work for 30 days without a license. After this period you will need to purchase this via a Polycom reseller.

Step 1: Order Telepresence m100 from authorized Polycom reseller.
Step 2: Receive a license number from reseller
