Dear all,

 

 

OFFICE1:

 

POLYCOM VSX 7000

192.168.12.100

255.255.255.0

SWITCH CISCO 296048G

 

OFFICE 2:

POLYCOM VSX 7000

192.168.12.101

255.255.255.0

SWICH HP UNMANAGABLE SWITCH

 

Two offce are conneted by ethernet leased line,ping between two polycom is working fine but after video cal established all the WIFI accesspoint  of office1  is get hanged,pls advice.Three is no issue with Lan ,prolem is with wifi.please help.

HP Recommended

It sounds like you may be running into a bandwidth or traffic management issue. Even a standard definition call (4SIF 60fps) can consume 1280kbps of bandwidth. It may be that when you make a video call there isn't bandwidth left over for your wireless APs to utilize.
