just get a license for RPD and installed vrsion 3.350871. When starting (after activation) only get a poor video-resolution of 640x360 . What is wrong, how can i change it to a better resolution???

As usual providing some more details can help us and others assiting you.

 

  • What operating system are you using?
  • Is this the resolution you receive or are you sending this?
  • What are your hardware details aka. PC speed and memory?
  • What is the far end device or is this a point to multipoint call ?
  • Is this SIP or H.323

thx for your quick answer. So, some more details

Win 7 pro

I am sending this (local), just my first test, no answer so far because I will establish a connection next week first time

8 GB memory, Xenon E31240

will connect to multipoint (Gatekeeper DFN)

H.323

 

I am not sure if I have to wait to the first established connection next week, but resolution was so poor ... IF my question is a dumb question somehow pls cancel it

Hello Fritz,

I am not sure what Camera is built into this machine or plugged into it but it depends on that and maybe the processor spec which you can double check against the release notes.
