We reecently upgraded to a Real Presence 700 codec in our conference room. When I powered up the unit today, the screen displays "Please enter an ID and password to access the system.
I have never encountered this before. Of course, I know the ID and password and can easily enter them, but since this is not in a public place, this feature is not needed. I would like to turn off this feature. I searched the administrative site menu but do not see anything about an option regarding the login screen.
Can anyone advise ?
Plese provide a screen shot of the screen you are getting. Want to make sure that it is in fact coming fromthe video system.
There is a checkbox that reads 'Require User Login for System Access' - if this is checked any user will need to login to use the system.
This setting is available from the WebUi under Admin Settings> Security>Local Accounts.
