Hi all,

Im trying to connect with telepresence m100 to server but I meet a problem.

my pc is located behind the firewall additionally there is another firewall on my pc.

I can connect to server - my dial attempts are seen by server administrator - but firewalls blocks returning packets (is m100  broadasting and receiving on diferent ports?)

BUT when I swtch off both firewalls I should be able to connect but after dial the server IP the system hangs my win7 64bit....

is there m100 version for linux?

have anoyone of you meet the same problem?? do you have any idea how to fix it?

Is it possibe to configure m100 like skype to use ports 80 and 443???

thanks for advices,

tj

I doubt it's M100 hanging Win7 64 bit.  I have PVX, CMA-D & M100 running often on my Win 7 64 bit Laptop.  The hanging may have more to do with your firewalls being off.

Re-instate your firewall (s) & open port TCP 1720 for call setup & FCP & UDP 3230-3237 as per M100 config.

Pete
