I have a vsx 7000a which I had to factory reset. Have a quad bri interface which doesn't show any configuration option anymore.have done latest upgrade of software, but doesn't show the card being detected. The card behing the subwoofer shows amber, green blink on the card. Any advise or docs to setup.

Try:

1 Power off you VSX

2 Remove QUAD BRI module

3 Power On VSX and wait for fully  boot

4 Power off VSX

5 Insert QUAD BRI into slot

6 Power on VSX

had already tried a reseat. but will follow what you said, power on without the card, shut and poweron with the card. anything else to try. is this dne through the CLI by any means.

If possible, try another subwoofer ....
