DEAR SIR,

         I HAVE SUPPLIED ONE VSX 5000 MODEL vcs TO ONE OF MY CLIENTS.BUT THE DUAL MONITOR FEATURE IS NOT ACTIVATED.

 

SIR,DOES IT REQUIRE A LICENSE????????????????

 

ALSO ONLY ONE MIKE IS WORKING OUT OF TWO.I DONT KNOW WHY??

 

KINDLY GIVE ME A REPLIEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.DUE TO THIS THEY ARE NOT RELEASING MY PAYMENTS.

The VSX5000 is an entry level system and only supports one monitor and one mic.
